Proof of Concept, fully functional. 20050508jefgun9b 1st Prototype: CNC'd aluminum reciever 1/2's that would fit all of the A-5 internals and take all of the A-5 upgrades. Internal tollerance issues made it unworkable, forcing a redisign to fit the stock A-5 receiver halves INSIDE the B-5. CAD preview of Protoype 2

Final Test Run (?) Camo applied to mold before casting. It failed because the color would easily chip off. Cast Camo Test (failed) To protect the flaky camo finish they applied a layer of Duracoat hardener. Sakkara is going to see how well that works on it.
